Mothais cake recipe on Sèvre & Belle leaf, figs and pecan nuts

For 4 people


Preparation :

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl.
  3. Add oil, milk and mix. Add wheat flour, baking powder, cornstarch and chestnut flour. Stir well until you get a smooth paste.
  4. Cut the Mothais sur Feuille into cubes of about 1 cm and the figs into 4 and coarsely crush the pecan nuts.
  5. Butter your cake mold and add the preparation.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, rotating heat. (to check that your cake is cooked, prick with a knife)

Turn out warm and enjoy!
