Mothais cake recipe on Sèvre & Belle leaf, figs and pecan nuts
For 4 people
- 120 g wheat flour
- 100 g cornstarch
- 30 g chestnut flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 75 ml olive repeseed oil
- 100 ml of milk semi-skimmed from nos Fermes Sèvre & Belle
- 1 Mothais sur Feuille Sèvre & Belle 150 g
- 5 dried figs
- 3 tablespoons pecans
- 15 g butter for the mold
Preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl.
- Add oil, milk and mix. Add wheat flour, baking powder, cornstarch and chestnut flour. Stir well until you get a smooth paste.
- Cut the Mothais sur Feuille into cubes of about 1 cm and the figs into 4 and coarsely crush the pecan nuts.
- Butter your cake mold and add the preparation.
- Bake for 30 minutes, rotating heat. (to check that your cake is cooked, prick with a knife)
Turn out warm and enjoy!
