Paskha recipe with Sèvre & Belle butter!
For this recipe you will need :
Preparation :
- 8 egg yolks
- 650 g caster sugar
- 175 g fresh cream
- 1 baratte du cremier doux Sèvre & Belle 250g
- 1 kg of cottage cheese
- Candied fruit
Preparation :
- Carefully drain the fromage blanc if necessary.
- In a salad bowl, mix the white cheese and the butter. Book.
- In another bowl, add the egg yolks with the sugar and mix until you get a pale mixture.
- Mix together the sweetened egg yolks, butter cheese and fresh cream together to obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.
- Pour the resulting paste into a strainer (or a pashka mold). Let drain for 24 hours.
- The next day, unmold the pashka and decorate it with candied fruit before serving.
