Paskha recipe with Sèvre & Belle butter!

Preparation :

  1. Carefully drain the fromage blanc if necessary.
  2. In a salad bowl, mix the white cheese and the butter. Book.
  3. In another bowl, add the egg yolks with the sugar and mix until you get a pale mixture.
  4. Mix together the sweetened egg yolks, butter cheese and fresh cream together to obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.
  5. Pour the resulting paste into a strainer (or a pashka mold). Let drain for 24 hours.
  6. The next day, unmold the pashka and decorate it with candied fruit before serving.
