Recette Cup cakes à la framboise et au beurre Sèvre & Belle

Raspberry and Sèvre & Belle butter cupcake recipe!

For this recipe you will need:

Preparation of the dough:

  • 160g soft soft Sèvre & Belle butter
  • 50 ml milk from Our Sèvre & Belle Farms
  • 2 tsp passion fruit extract
  • 125g cake flour
  • 150g of raspberries
  • 80g sugar
  • 2 eggs

Icing

  • 125g icing of sugar
  • 1 tsp raspberries
  • 125g of butter

Utensils:

cupcake molds

Preparation :

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease the molds.
  2. In a bowl, add the soft butter, the sugar, the milk and mix with your hands.
  3. Add the eggs and flour to the mixture. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
  4. Add the passion fruit extract and small pieces of raspberries.
  5. Pour the mixture into the molds and bake for 20 minutes.

For the icing:

  1. In a bowl, beat the icing sugar and butter until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  2. Add the raspberries extract. Beat until you get a smooth paste. (Add a little milk if needed). Pipe the icing on the cakes using a piping bag.
