Raspberry and Sèvre & Belle butter cupcake recipe!
For this recipe you will need:
Preparation of the dough:
- 160g soft soft Sèvre & Belle butter
- 50 ml milk from Our Sèvre & Belle Farms
- 2 tsp passion fruit extract
- 125g cake flour
- 150g of raspberries
- 80g sugar
- 2 eggs
Icing
- 125g icing of sugar
- 1 tsp raspberries
- 125g of butter
Utensils:
cupcake molds
Preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease the molds.
- In a bowl, add the soft butter, the sugar, the milk and mix with your hands.
- Add the eggs and flour to the mixture. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
- Add the passion fruit extract and small pieces of raspberries.
- Pour the mixture into the molds and bake for 20 minutes.
For the icing:
- In a bowl, beat the icing sugar and butter until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Add the raspberries extract. Beat until you get a smooth paste. (Add a little milk if needed). Pipe the icing on the cakes using a piping bag.
