Gazpacho with Cabriquette Sèvre & Belle recipe !

For this recipe : (4 people)

  • Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 box of tomato
  • Cabriquette Sèvre & Belle
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Basil

Preparation : (around 15 minutes)

  1. Wash your peppers and cut them in half to spice them.
  2. Peel the onion and roughly chop it.
  3. Stir in your blender, the tomato paste, pepper, onion, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar.
  4. Mix everything
  5. Incorporate olive oil.
  6. Season with pepper, salt, basil and set aside in the fridge.
  7. Cut some pieces of Cabriquette and add them them to your gazpacho just before serving.
