Gazpacho with Cabriquette Sèvre & Belle recipe !
For this recipe : (4 people)
- Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 box of tomato
- 1 Cabriquette Sèvre & Belle
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Basil
Preparation : (around 15 minutes)
- Wash your peppers and cut them in half to spice them.
- Peel the onion and roughly chop it.
- Stir in your blender, the tomato paste, pepper, onion, lemon juice and balsamic vinegar.
- Mix everything
- Incorporate olive oil.
- Season with pepper, salt, basil and set aside in the fridge.
- Cut some pieces of Cabriquette and add them them to your gazpacho just before serving.
Fast, fresh and delicious !
