Sevre & Belle salmon and chabichou wraps recipe !

For this recipe : (4 people)

  • 4 wraps
  • 8 slices of salmon
  • 20 cl of fresh cream
  • 1 chabichou Sèvre & Belle
  • Salad
  • Chive
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation : (about 15 minutes)

  1. In salad bowl, mash your chabichou with a fork then add the cream.
  2. Cut the chives and mix everything.
  3. Spread the cream on each wrap.
  4. Deposit 2 slices of salmon per wrap and some pieces of salad.
  5. Roll up once your wraps are filled.
  6. Cut them into small wraps for appetizers.
