Ingredients

  • 4 bagels
  • 8 slices of salted ham
  • 2 Chabichou 150g Sèvre & Belle
  • 20 cl of fresh cream
  • 1 red onion
  • rockets
  • Chives

Prep time

Rinse and chop the chives.

In a salad bowl, mash the chabichou using a fork. Add the crème fraîche and chives, mix.

Spread the mixture generously on the bagels.

Cut your red onion into thin slices and sprinkle them on the bagels.

Add the salted ham slices.

Add the rocket leaves.

Cover the bagels with the top part.
