Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Wash and grate the zucchini. Cut them into small pieces and drain them in a colander with salt.

In a salad bowl, pour the flour and yeast, add the eggs, lukewarm milk from Nos Fermes and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough.

Crumble the Sèvre & Belle crottin and add it to the preparation.

Chop the previously washed mint.

Add the mint and the zucchini pieces.

In a cake mold, insert a sheet of baking paper then pour the mixture.

Bake for 45 minutes. Poke a knife to see if the cake is cooked through. The knife blade should come out intact.
