Ingredients
Prepare in advance

Peel and cut the butternut squash into cubes. Cook for 10/15 minutes in boiling water.

Crush the cooked butternut squash then add the egg yolk then the flour

Once your dough is formed, cut out small balls.

Then insert a piece of Fine Fleur and close the dough.

Brown the gnocchi in a pan with a little butter until golden brown.

For an even more delicious treat, you can add pieces of Fine Fleur at the end of cooking so that they blend into the gnocchi.
