Ingredients
– 6 mini brioche burger buns
– 1 log of Caprifeuille Sèvre & Belle
– 2 onions
– 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
– 2 tbsp. of honey
– 6 mini minced steaks (or a vegetarian alternative)
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– Salt & pepper to your liking
– 1 yogurt
– 2 tbsp. of pesto
– Arugula
Prepare in advance

Finely slice the onions and brown them over low heat with the oil for about 5 minutes.

Add the balsamic vinegar and honey and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside.

Cook the mini ground steaks for 2 minutes on each side (or more depending on the desired doneness). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

In a small bowl, mix the yogurt and pesto. Set aside.

Cut the mini burger buns in half and toast lightly.

Cut thick slices of Caprifeuille goat cheese log. Set aside.

Brush the burger bun with yogurt/pesto sauce.

Then add some salad and the steak.

Place a nice slice of Caprifeuille on top, then cover with caramelized onions.

Add a little salad and close with the bread lid.
