Penne with spinach, chicken and petit Chevrot Sèvre & Belle

Ingredients

  • 200 g chicken cutlets
  • 120 g penne
  • 200 g spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 30 cl chicken stock
  • 1 Petit Chevrot 150g Sèvre & Belle
  • 15 g of Sèvre & Belle unsalted butter
  • 10 cl of fresh cream
  • Parmesan cheese

Prep time

Slice the onion.

Cut the chicken cutlets into small pieces.

Once the onions are caramelized, add the chicken pieces.

Meanwhile, prepare your chicken stock in a saucepan.

Add the penne and spinach.

Cover with the chicken stock, mix well and cook for ten minutes, stirring regularly. Salt, pepper.

At the end of cooking add the goat cheese and cream and mix. Sprinkle with parmesan.
