Ingredients

  • Ravioli dough
  • 1 Mothais on Leaf
  • 750g spinach
  • Salt

Prepare in advance

Take your ravioli dough and cut it into the shape you want. Reserve in the fridge

Cook the spinach and add the Mothais sur Feuille cut into pieces. When the cheese is melted, your preparation is ready!

Using a small spoon, place a little spinach in the center of your ravioli dough. Moisten the edges of the dough a little with water and place the other piece to close everything.

Then cook your ravioli in a pan of boiling salted water until they rise to the surface and it's ready!
