Ingredients
– 2 grated zucchinis
- 3 eggs
- 80 g flour
– 1 sachet of baking powder
– 3 tbsp olive oil
– Salt, pepper, fresh herbs (mint, parsley)
- 1 Cabridoux Sèvre & Belle (fresh goat cheese)
Prepare in advance

Preheat oven to 180 ° C.

Grate the zucchini and squeeze them well to remove the water.

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the oil, flour, yeast, herbs, salt & pepper.

Stir in the grated zucchini.

Spread on a rectangular baking sheet covered with baking paper (or silicone) and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

When it comes out of the oven, spread generously with Cabridoux mixed with fresh herbs, then roll up the dough.

Cover and leave to cool for at least 1 hour before slicing.
