Ingredients

 

  • 2 Sèvre & Belle droppings
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 100 g lamb's lettuce or rocket
  • 50 g walnut kernels
  • Soupe à 1 honey cuillère
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Cut the crottins in half and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 5-7 minutes, until lightly browned.

Meanwhile, cut the pears into thin slices.

Prepare the dressing by mixing the honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Place the lamb's lettuce in a salad bowl, add the pear slices and the walnuts.

Remove the crottins from the oven and place them on the salad. Drizzle with the vinaigrette and serve immediately.
