Le plateau de Crottins

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • 500 g leeks
  • 150 g of potato
  • 2 Crottins
  • 1 organic chicken broth
  • salt pepper

Prep time

Peel and finely slice the onion. Cut off some of the green part of the leeks. Split them, pass them under cold water, making sure to remove the soil lodged between the leaves. Drain them and cut them into slices. Peel and cut the potato into cubes.

Cook the vegetables in the chicken stock. Bring to the boil and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.

Mix the drained vegetables with the fresh goat cheese. Add the cooking broth to dilute the soup according to your taste.

Season with salt and pepper and serve.
