Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Clean and slice the mushrooms. Brown them in a pan with the chopped garlic and olive oil until golden. Season with salt, pepper and parsley.

Spread the slices of bread generously with Fine Fleur cheese.

Add the sautéed mushrooms on top of the toast.

Place the toasts on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese melts slightly.
