Ingredients

  • 1 Gray Chevrot 
  • 2 slices of country bread
  • 1 apple
  • A handful of nuts
  • A drizzle of honey
  • A little bit of chewing

 

Prepare in advance

Preheat oven to 180 ° C

Lightly toast the bread

Cut the apple into thin slices

Arrange the Chevrot cendré on the bread, add the apples and walnuts

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Once out of the oven, add a drizzle of honey and a little lamb's lettuce.
