Prepare in advance

In a salad bowl, add the Cabridoux, chives, chopped garlic, salt and pepper.

Clean the radishes and cut the leaves. Cut the rest of the radish into thin slices.

Mix the slices into the mixture and reserve some for decoration.

Put a little preparation in each glass.

Finish with a few slices of radish and your planted chives.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
