Ingredients

  • 6 smoked salmon slices
  • 1 Mothais on leaf 150g Sèvre & Belle
  • Chives
  • 20 cl liquid cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Prep time

Whip the liquid cream using a mixer.

Mash the mothais using a fork and add a few pieces to your whipped cream depending on your appetite.

Chop the chives and add them to the preparation.

Cut the slices of salmon into strips and place them on the fresh goat cheese.

Reserve in the fridge.
