Recipe Burger with mushrooms and Chevrot Sèvre & Belle !
For the recipe : (4 persons)
- 1 red onion
- 2 tablespoons of red wine
- 4 steaks
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 200 g of Chevrot Sèvre & Belle
- Hamburger buns
Preparation : (about 30 minutes)
- Preheat your oven to 180° C.
- Peel the onion and cur it into thin rings.
- In a hot pan with olive oil, caramelize the onion with honey and salt.
- Then deglaze with the red wine and let reduce over a low heat until the onions are candied.
- Reserve aside.
- Cook the minced meat. Salt and pepper.
- Clean and cut the mushrooms.
- Brown the mushrooms in a pan with a little oil.
- Cut the Chevrot Sèvre & Belle into thin slices.
- Arrange your burger buns on a rack and add a slices or two Chevrot then put them in the oven for a few minutes.
- For the dressing, distribute the onions on a base of breads and place a minced steak a spoon of muchrooms, ans finish with a rocket.
- Bake a few minutes in the oven and serve hot.
