Recipe frangipani Sèvre & Belle !
For this recipe, you will need :
- 2 pastry
- 125 g ground almonds
- 3 eggs ingludinf 1 egg yolk
- 100 g Sèvre & Belle butter
Preparation :
- In a bowl, work your soft butter with the ground almonds, the egg. Mix until you get a smooth paste.
- Place on your plate, parchment paper then place your first puu pastry.
- Spread your marzipan on the dough by distibuting 2 cm of dough to thin ones.
- Wet with a brush slightly leaving at the ends of the dough.
- Place a bean and place the second pastry on the top.
- Stuck the pastry together with your hands.
- Brush the dough with an egg yolk.
- Make drawings with a fork on the dough then bake your galette for 30 minutes at 200° C.
