Recipe melt chocolate with milk de Nos Fermes Sèvre & Belle
For 4 people :
- 1 liter of Lait de nos Fermes Sèvre & Belle
- 160 g pastry chocolate
- 2 tablespoons of sugar (optional)
- 1 vanilla pod
Preparation :
- In a casserole dish, put the Milk from our Sèvre & Belle Farms.
- Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and extract the seeds.
- Add the sugar and heat to the boiling point.
- Meanwhile, cut the chocolate into squares and melt it in a bain-marie.
- When the milk simmers, add the melted chocolate and mix until the mixture forms a light foam.
Tip: Once your hot chocolate has been poured into cups, you can, if you wish, garnish it with whipped cream (and sprinkle with cocoa), mini marshmallows, slices of almonds, etc.
Autumn with a good hot chocolate!
