Preparation of the pie :

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
  2. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture.
  3. Mix the dough with the water, until you obtain a homogeneous paste. Let the dough rest in the fridge.
  4. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  5. For the filling, in a salad bowl, beat the eggs in an omelette.
  6. Add the fresh cream and the Espelette pepper. Salt, pepper, and mix well.
  7. Cut the Sèvre & Belle Caprifeuille into small pieces and add to the mixture.
  8. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface, and place it in a pie pan.
  9. Place on the bottom of the pie, the honey then pour the device.
  10. To spread without problem, spread the dough on baking paper and bake as is in the plate.
  11. Bake for 40 mins.
