Recipe pei Caprifeuille Sevre & Belle !
For this recipe you will need :
Preparation of the pie :
- 300 g of flour
- 150 g of unsalted butter Sèvre & Belle
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 8 cl water
Preparation the filling :
- 1 Caprifeuille Sèvre & Belle 280g
- 3 eggs
- 20 cl of fresh cream
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 pinch of Espelette pepper salt
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation of the pie :
- In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
- Melt the butter and add it to the mixture.
- Mix the dough with the water, until you obtain a homogeneous paste. Let the dough rest in the fridge.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- For the filling, in a salad bowl, beat the eggs in an omelette.
- Add the fresh cream and the Espelette pepper. Salt, pepper, and mix well.
- Cut the Sèvre & Belle Caprifeuille into small pieces and add to the mixture.
- Roll out the dough on a floured work surface, and place it in a pie pan.
- Place on the bottom of the pie, the honey then pour the device.
- To spread without problem, spread the dough on baking paper and bake as is in the plate.
- Bake for 40 mins.
