Recipe summer salad with Chabichou Sèvre & Belle !

For this recipe you will need :

Preparation :

  1. Wash, drain the lamb’s lettuce.
  2. Cut the melon into strips and the cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Crumble the Chabichou.
  4. Chop the brunch of fresh basil.

Tip : You can dress your salad with a squeeze of lemon and balsamic vinegar.
