Recipe verrine of beets and chevrot Sèvre & Belle !

For this recipe : (4 persons)

  • 2 Chevrot 200g Sèvre & Belle
  • 200 g cooked beets
  • 70 ml of liquid cream
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • Chive
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Preparation : (around 10 minutes)

  1. Mix the beets with the cream, the buckshot, the cream and the balsamic vinegar.
  2. Cut the chives and add it to the preparation.
  3. Add the pepper and salt. Garnish your verrines.
  4. Reserve in the fridge and you’re done!
