Recipe verrine of beets and chevrot Sèvre & Belle !
For this recipe : (4 persons)
- 2 Chevrot 200g Sèvre & Belle
- 200 g cooked beets
- 70 ml of liquid cream
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
Preparation : (around 10 minutes)
- Mix the beets with the cream, the buckshot, the cream and the balsamic vinegar.
- Cut the chives and add it to the preparation.
- Add the pepper and salt. Garnish your verrines.
- Reserve in the fridge and you’re done!
