Recipe verrines of radish with Chevrot Sèvre & Belle!

For this recipe you will need :

Preparation :

1.In a salad bowl, mash the Chevrot Sèvre & Belle with a fork.
2.Add the cream, chives, chopped garlic, salt and pepper.
3.Clean the radishes and cut the leaves. Cut the rest of the radish into thin slices.
4.Mix the slices with the mixture and reserve some for decoration.
5.Put a little preparation in each verrine.
6.Finish with a few slices of radish and your planted chive stalks.
7.Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Tip: You can accompany your verrines with a greslin.
