Recipe verrines with salmon and mothai on Sèvre & Belle sheet!
Ingredients : (for 4 persons)
- 6 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 Mothais sur feuille 150g Sèvre & Belle
- 20 cl of liquid cream
- Whip the liquid cream using a mixer.
- Crush the mothais with a fork and add a few pieces to your whipped cream according to your taste.
- Chop the chives and add it to the preparation.
- Cut the slices of salmon into strips and arrange them on the fresh goat cheese.
- Book cool 6 hours before.Enjoy your lunch !
