Ingredients : (for 4 persons)

Preparation

  1. Whip the liquid cream using a mixer.
  2. Crush the mothais with a fork and add a few pieces to your whipped cream according to your taste.
  3. Chop the chives and add it to the preparation.
  4. Cut the slices of salmon into strips and arrange them on the fresh goat cheese.
  5. Book cool 6 hours before.Enjoy your lunch !
