Zucchini cake recipe with mint and Crottin Sèvre & Belle!
For this recipe you will neef :
Preparation :
- 170 g of flour
- 1 packet ok baking powder
- 2 egges
- 5 cl of olive oil
- 10 cl of milk de Nos Fermes Sèvre & Belle
- 2 zucchini
- 1 crottin 60 g Sèvre & Belle
- 1 bunch of mint
- Pepper
Preparation :
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Wash and grate the courgettes. Cut them into small pieces and drain them in a colander with salt.
- In a bowl, pour the flour and the baking powder, add the eggs, the lukewarm milk from Nos Fermes and mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
- Crumble the Sèvre & Belle crottin and add it to the mixture.
- Chop the previously washed mint.
- Add the mint and the zucchini pieces.
- In a cake mold, incorporate a sheet of parchment paper then pour the mixture.
- Bake for 45 mins. Prick a knife to see if the cake is well cooked. The knife blade should come out intact.A delight!
