Zucchini pie recipe with Capribelle Sèvre & Belle !

For this recipe you will need :

Preparation :

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Clean the courgettes and cut them into slices. (You can peel the zucchini if you want more creaminess.)
  3. In a frying pan, sauté the zucchini with a drizzle of olive oil. Leave for a few minutes until the zucchini is tender.
  4. In a bowl, break the eggs, add the cream, milk, salt and pepper. Mix.
  5. Chop your chives and add it to the preparation.
  6. In a pie dish, place your puff pastry. Using a fork, prick your dough.
  7. Pour the preparation then arrange the zucchini.
  8. Bake for about 30 minutes until the pastry turns golden.
