Zucchini pie recipe with Capribelle Sèvre & Belle !
For this recipe you will need :
- 1 puff pastry
- 1 Capribelle 150 g Sèvre & Belle
- 3 eggs
- 10 cl of cream
- 40 cl of Milk de Nos Fermes Sèvre & Belle
- 2 zucchini
- Chive
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation :
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Clean the courgettes and cut them into slices. (You can peel the zucchini if you want more creaminess.)
- In a frying pan, sauté the zucchini with a drizzle of olive oil. Leave for a few minutes until the zucchini is tender.
- In a bowl, break the eggs, add the cream, milk, salt and pepper. Mix.
- Chop your chives and add it to the preparation.
- In a pie dish, place your puff pastry. Using a fork, prick your dough.
- Pour the preparation then arrange the zucchini.
- Bake for about 30 minutes until the pastry turns golden.
