Also look out for our Chèvrepaille (300g), a raw milk cheese with an ashy crust.
For 8 people, you will need:
- 170 g de Crottin Sèvre & Belle
- 120 g dried tomatoes
- 200 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 20 cl olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fromage blanc
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- Preheat the oven to th. 6 (180°C).
- Cut the Crottins Sèvre & Belle and the dried tomatoes into pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, mix the eggs with the fromage blanc and olive oil.
- Add the flour and baking powder. Mix well.
- Next pour in the pieces of Crottins Sèvre & Belle and dried tomatoes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a mould and cook for 45 minutes.
