For 8 people, you will need:

  • 170 g de Crottin Sèvre & Belle
  • 120 g dried tomatoes
  • 200 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 cl olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fromage blanc
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to th. 6 (180°C).
  2. Cut the Crottins Sèvre & Belle and the dried tomatoes into pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix the eggs with the fromage blanc and olive oil.
  4. Add the flour and baking powder. Mix well.
  5. Next pour in the pieces of Crottins Sèvre & Belle and dried tomatoes.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Pour the mixture into a mould and cook for 45 minutes.
