Recipe Gratin dauphinois with Caprifeuille Sèvre & Belle !

For this recipe, you will need :

Preparation :

• 7 potatoes
• 50 cl of milk of Nos Fermes Sèvre & Belle
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1 small goat cheese Caprifeuille 150 g Sèvre & Belle
• 20 cl of cream
• Grated cheese

Preparation :

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. Peel your potatoes and cut them into thin strips.
3. Place them in boiling casserole about 10 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, cut the cheese Caprifeuille.
5. Add them in a bowl and crumble the pieces.
6. Add the cream, milk and season with salt and pepper. Mix.
7. Drain your potatoes.
8. Butter your dish ans place the potatoes in it.
9. Pour in the preparation and sprinkle with grated cheese.
10. Bake fort 40 minutes.
