Recipe pie with Caprifeuille Sèvre & Belle !
For this recipe, you will need :
- 1 pie
- 1 Bûche Caprifeuille 280 g Sèvre & Belle
- 2 eggs
- 10 cl of cream
- Gruyere
- 2 teaspoons honey
Preparation :
- Preheat your oven to 180° C.
- Take 4 small molds for pie and cut tje pastry to put on them.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the cream, honey and gruyere.
- Crumble the Caprifeuille and add it to the preparation.
- Fill your molds with preparation in the oven during 20 minutes.
Completely goat !
