Tarte citrouille au mothais Sèvre & Belle

Sèvre & Belle mothais pumpkin pie recipe!

Ingredients : (pour 4 persons )

Preparation

  1. Unroll the dough and arrange it in a pie dish.
  2. Prick the bottom of the pie with a fork.
  3. Place half of the crumbled goat cheese on this pastry base.
  4. Cut the 400 g of pumpkin into pieces, removing the skin and cook them in a dutch oven with a little water.
  5. Once cooked, place it on the dough.
  6. In a bowl, break the eggs, add the cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper and stir.
  7. Pour the preparation on the pie with the cheese and the pumpkin.
  8. Bake at 200°C (thermostat 6-7), for 30 min.
